Auto trader has c8 vettes from 71-85k. 1500 - 6000 miles. Didn’t realize the c8 prices have dropped so much. I got a ride in the C8 a year ago. I know it’s only 500 hp but it was a rocket and the looks of it is amazing even though I’m a diehard Ford fan I gotta say C8 is pretty awesome.

Maybe the gt mustang should be the GTD without the super charger... the street GT is clearly just a pile of compromises. The block is good.

Very useful video, but I would have a slight difference in opinion on the wheels. I reckon that semi forged 20's improve the "sporty" feel of the car quite a lot as the 19's are a bit spongey taking corners especially with the very soft and cushey standard seats. On fair to decent roads, there is no reduction in comfort (they do jitter a little on rough patches). I've had mine on my 2019 for 3 years, very happy with the setup. Maybe it wouldnt be good with the harder reccaro(sp?) seats, as I tend to think with sports cars the seats smooth out the firmer ride.

Still curious about hp on the gt3. They have to tune as per race restrictions, but how many ponies? What kind of range? I read a 358 nascar motor has about 670 hp.

I'd take the Shelby over the dark horse. Not a fan of the way it looks on the outside. The screen is kind of cool, but getting rid of the toggle switches is a bummer in my opinion. And I'd rather have top end than low end. Unless you're talking about racing across an intersection, I'd rather get beat off the line, than at the finish line, that's where it counts.

The dealer installed my Whipple Stage 1 on my 24 s650 Premium on a Friday, Sunday I tore off a 10.14 with only 93 octaine fuel and a set of Street Et's! I'm STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. It took 8 grand in add ons and a tune on my 23 Redeye Challenger to get into the 10.20s. I'm amazed at these s650s performance with a simple Whipple kit.

This isn't a $300k car.
